Yes, you can return items to us. Providing it meets the criteria set out in the Returns Procedure: rcmodelz.co.uk/returns/

We will gladly reimburse you return shipping cost of up to £3.99 if you have returned an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective or damaged however if this is not the case then we will not cover the return postage.    

Due to the nature of the products we sell and the environment they operate in, breakages can occur. We give a 30-day in-store warranty on the electrics on the vehicle from the date of purchase, we would expect you to remove faulty parts and return them to us for warranty, and all warranty Parts will be inspected by Rcmodelz and are aimed to be dispatched the same day upon receiving faulty part, after the 30 days any parts will be sent to the manufacturers for inspection during the rest of the manufacturer's warranty. Engines, pullstarts and the drivetrain are excluded from any warranty due to the nature of the hobby and the requirement that is required to tune and operate them.  
When claiming under a warranty the product or defective parts must be removed and returned to us for examination (via 2nd class signed for post).   You will be notified by email if your claim is valid in which case it will be repaired or replaced and sent back to you.   If the product...

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt

If you need an item urgently and you are returning an item to be replaced, we recommend purchasing the item you need with the postal service you require and once your return reaches us we can then refund you for the item providing the return is valid and requires a new item. Please note as per our returns procedure some items will be repaired and sent back to you, in this case, you would not be refunded.

All items returned to us require them to be in a Resaleable condition, due to this if you have Put Fuel into or used the RC Car we cannot accept a return. However, if you are having issues starting the car then the best thing to do is read through the Starter Guide supplied with your car and carefully follow the instructions. If you can still not get your car started please email our technical support team directly and they will be more than happy to help you. If an item is believed to be defective or damaged in transit we will ask you to remove this item and return it to us following the returns procedure so we can inspect the item and proceed with any warranty claims.   Please read the full terms: rcmodelz.co.uk/terms
