My rc car is not working, How can I return it?

All items returned to us require them to be in a Resaleable condition, due to this if you have Put Fuel into or used the RC Car we cannot accept a return.

However, if you are having issues starting the car then the best thing to do is read through the Starter Guide supplied with your car and carefully follow the instructions. If you can still not get your car started please email our technical support team directly and they will be more than happy to help you. If an item is believed to be defective or damaged in transit we will ask you to remove this item and return it to us following the returns procedure so we can inspect the item and proceed with any warranty claims.
