Designed for customers who already have the K3-WYTA spiral diaphragm but want to do additional carburettors.
To save these customers money,

Walbro's patented spiral diaphragm repair kit allowing you to convert your carburetor from traditional rubber diaphragm to Walbro's ethanol compliant spiral diaphragm.

WA-167, WT-603, WT-643, WT-644, WT-668, WT-771, WT-813, WT-990, WT-1107, WYK-33, WYK-58.

Montage:

Disassemble the carburettor from the engine and clean it well. Use here for a carburettor cleaner.
Disassemble the entire inflation bulb and bulb holder (using the four screws).
Remove the diaphragm pump with gasket.
Now disassemble the valve lever with spring by means of to loosen the crosshead screw, ATTENTION! keep your finger on the valve lever because the spring under the valve lever is under tension.
Replace the original valve lever with the new valve lever (included in the packaging).
Mount the valve lever with shaft and spring and tighten the crosshead screw again.
Now check with the adjusting tool whether the new valve lever meets the requirement (0.55 mm height difference carburettor rim and top side valve lever) if not adjust it until it meets the requirement, it is important that if done properly it will affect the performance of the carburettor.
Now place the assembled diaphragm diaphragm with the TOP upwards in its entirety on the carburettor in one go.
Now place the pump ball holder with pump ball completely on the diaphragm membrane
fit the screws and tighten these two turns.
remove the pepper clip and the paper holding the diaphragm membrane together.
Now tighten the screws.
Now you have mounted the diaphragm membrane.
