Fast Lane Machine designed these cups to keep you in the race longer. with additional slots lengthens the amount of time needed before service.
Will they last "forever"? No. But they should easily get you through a season or two or three.....
Note: For an easy fit we recommend also upgrading to the SKU: sm377 driveshaft, this will allow you to do away with pushed in pins and use a grub screw with replaceable pins.
If using 30DN, Rovan or Losi Driveshafts you will need to ground a small "V" shape into the drive pin to allow it to fit in the cup.
