This is a Rollcage Brace and Quick Release set used on the Baja Buggy stock cages,

These are fitted at the Front & Rear of the Rollcage (Behind the Sparkplug cover & In front of the Roof Plate/Window area), you simply cut the Rollcage bars, and slot the cage through these Alloy Braces,

Having these fitted then allows you to remove sections of the cage,instead of struggling with the stock cage, With these Alloy braces installed it allows you access to the vehicle to make working on it a lot easier.
