These are Atop Rc's New updated Quick Couplers,

They replace the Front & Rear stock Drive couplers

The Atop quick coupling allows fast and easy assembly / disassembly of the drive shafts on their respective bevel pinion shafts. The aluminum sleeve is secured with 90° offset to the drive pins by set screws to the new couplings.

Compared to the previous version, this V2 version is more reliable and uses identical parts for front and rear axle and make the removale and servicing of the diff's & Driveshafts that much easier
