Sharing the same chassis base as the very popular Rovan RF5, F5 & D5 line of RC Car's the T5 is the off-road short course truck version of these popular beasts.
Built for Off-road action the Rovan T5 gives you the perfect platform for bashing with great ground clearance, a high torque 36cc Engine & coilover shocks to absorb big jumps and rough terrain.
Rovan 36cc Engine
The 36cc Single-cylinder, air cooled gasoline engine features a double piston ring design with a four bolt engine design, giving you more than enough power to handle the rough terrain.
T5/D5 Exhaust Pipe
A great high performance pipe, meticulously crafted to wrap around your engine and exit to the ground, this pipe is a great pipe to be paired with the 36cc giving you power & performance
6061-T6 Aluminium Chassis
A 5mm thick 6061-T6 aluminium chassis forms the cars structural core, integrating front and rear metal differentials, a robust 4WD shaft drive system, and large-tooth drive components. This one-piece chassis is engineered for torsional rigidity under high loads.
7mm Adjustable Suspension Shocks
The T5 comes with Front & Rear Shocks, built with 7mm shafts, designed to allow you to adjust the dampening across multiple terrains, simply adjust the coil springs and change up your shock oils to suit the area you're running in. Built to handle even the roughest terrains, just set up and go.
T5/D5 Micro Stud Tyres
Unleash serious grip and rugged style with Rovan Micro Stud RC tyres these 190x65mm wheels come pre-mounted with foam inserts, offering a balanced blend of traction and durability. The micro stud tread pattern delivers confident handling across loose dirt, gravel, and grass—ideal for aggressive off-road bashing or competitive runs.

Please ensure you check your car over for any loose nuts and Bolts, Threadlock as required. Please also check oil levels in your shocks and Differentials and Fill if required BEFORE use. As failure of any parts due to lack of oil or loose parts will not be covered under warranty.
By mixing and running fuel through the truck you confirm that you have done these checks, you are happy with the car and that the item is as described. If you have any queries please contact our support team at the earliest point DO NOT run any RC without following all the safety precautions included with the car and in the included starter guide.
