Can I combine my order?
At the moment it is not currently possible to combine or amend any orders, due to the number of orders we receive we operate a First in First Out system to ensure that your orders get to you as quick as possible.
I have an issue with my order what can I do?
If you have an issue with your order please contact us via support@rcmodelz.co.uk or Facebook messenger and we will be happy to help.
Why does my order not show up in my account?
Our website lets you check out as a guest. If your order is not showing in your account it is very likely that your order was placed as a guest. It is currently not possible for us to add any orders placed as guest to your account  
I would like to stock your products, do you do trade accounts?
We do not currently have plans to have trade accounts. We sell directly to the customer. If however you are from a hobby store and you are looking at stocking our products please email support@rcmodelz.co.uk and we can have a look at if it is possible for us to work together.    
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been dispatched it may be possible to cancel your order however you must contact us ASAP on support@rcmodelz.co.uk or Facebook messenger and we will try our best to stop your order from going out. If your order has already been picked, packed and dispatched it will not be possible to cancel your order. You must then follow the returns procedure to return any unwanted items.  
Can I change my order?
At the moment it is not currently possible to amend any orders, due to the number of orders we receive we operate a First in First Out system to ensure that your orders get to you as quick as possible.
Why does my discount code not work?
Our discount codes do not work on Cars or Items already on special offer. These items are already being sold at the best price we can offer them so discount codes will not work on them. Please note: Discount codes apply the discount to each item, items that do not qualify for discount will not be discounted.
Why is the colour of my item different?
Whilst we try and portray every item's colour accurately due to the vast amount of different screens and setups there are out there what we see on our screen and what you see on yours may be different. As a result, it is impossible for us to show the exact colour shades of the items and colour shades may vary. If you are unhappy with an item you have received feel free to return the item following our returns procedure.
