Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched it may be possible to cancel your order however you must contact us ASAP on support@rcmodelz.co.uk or Facebook messenger and we will try our best to stop your order from going out. If your order has already been picked, packed and dispatched it will not be possible to cancel your order.

You must then follow the returns procedure to return any unwanted items.
