KM 29cc 4 Bolt Ported & Polished Bigbore Kit (Engine Re-Build Kit) with a case opening of 39.93mm for head

This KM 29cc Head, Piston & Bottom End kit has been reworked to provide even more Performance and Power

The Intake on the Head has been enlarged to improve the flow from the carb,
The Intake ports have been Enlarged and reshaped to Improve capacity and flow inside the head,
The Exhaust on the Head has been Enlarged to allow the gasses to exit easier,
The Piston has had material removed from it's side skirts to lighten it for better response,
And the Top of the piston has been polished to aid flow in the combustion chamber, The Sides of the Bottom end casings have been Machined to allow the Skirts of the Head to sit in flush,
Meaning they'll stand upto more internal pressure from the combustion,
The Head and Casings of the kit are all 4 Bolt

This Kit will allow you to build your Existing Stock engines up in to a 'Ported' Engine You need to transfer over your Coil, Flywheel and a few small items to build it up into a much more powerful Performance Engine This kit can also be used to enable you to convert older 2 Bolt engines, Into a Much stronger 4 bolt engine,
