This is a Brown Out Lead from Switchblade
These are used to help stop any loss power drop , or signal to the Switchblade Killswitch, Stopping any 'Glitching' or engine Kill's when it's not wanted,
These also help if you get any interference from larger engines, or performance spark plugs, giving higher pulses which can trigger a false kill on your engines
These will work with ANY killswitches not just Switchblade's
