Copper Cylinder Gasket for 2-Bolt RC Engines 0.012" (0.30mm)

This gasket is .012" (.30mm) thick - stock gasket is .020" (0.50mm) thick. Installing this gasket reduces the squish clearance in your engine - usually the easiest way to increase the power and reliability of a small 2-stroke engine. You should experience a slight improvement in low-end torque and throttle response as well as slightly increased top-end RPMs. Recommend using 95 octane or higher fuel after installing this gasket.

Note: Be sure to check your squish clearances when using this gasket. Failure to maintain proper squish clearance can result in the piston hitting the top of the cylinder, severely damaging or destroying your engine. 

These copper gaskets will not fit on the GP290 cylinder/crankcase with the 40mm boss. To use on the wider skirts, the gasket will need to be manually enlarged to fit on the cylinder.
