Bartolone Racing 32cc (G320RC) Race Ported Top End

Now you can run the same cylinder that TLR and MOD’s top 1/5 scale Pro’s run. We could give you all the numbers and dyno sheets, but the results speak for themselves. The Bartolone Racing 32cc cylinder is a proven winner with major wins such as National, World and MOD’s series. 

This kit comes with a Zenoah piston that has been machined for performance. The cylinder has a 5th axis CNC machined exhaust port, as well as four 5th axis CNC transfer ports. 

This cylinder does not require a base gasket for maximum performance. The squish is set for non-use of a gasket. This cylinder does require a high temp silicone sealant be used to seal the cylinder to the crankcase. This top end kit is designed to be used with the original 28mm G320RC crankshaft. This is an upgraded top end replacement for the factory original cylinder set.

Also included: 38mm piston ring, wrist pin clips and thrust washers. The wrist pin bearing is not included and is required to be purchased separately. The Part# CA296

• Make sure that the cylinder is clean of any metal shavings before installation onto engine.
• Apply a high temperature silicone gasket sealant on the cylinder or case (such as Threebond 1211 Silicone Liquid Gasket, Yamanbond, or Hondabond High Temp Silicone Liquid Gasket Sealant). Apply a small amount of silicone gasket sealant on both sides of the gasket before installing onto engine case.

 Failure to apply silicone sealant to gasket could cause engine damage and/or poor engine performance.
