This is a replacement Alloy Shock Body Preload Spring Adjuster in Blue, they are used on used on the KM X2, 30°N DNT/DNB, Rovan LT/F5 & Losi 5IVE-T/Mini WRC platforms.

They are used to alter the spring tension and Preload on the shocks, which allows you to alter the springs to match different conditions
