3S HV ESC gives you compatibility with 3s LiPo battery packs for greater efficiency and power. In addition to the three standard profiles (Sport, Race, Training Mode®), the HV ESC features a Trail profile that serves up a little bit of drag brake for smooth intuitive driving for most of your adventures. A new Crawl profile introduces hill hold and instant reverse for extremely technical courses. Either will help you navigate the trail with ease.

TRX-4’s main battery tray accommodates a full-length 5000 mAh 3-cell LiPo or 7600 mAh 2-cell LiPo for extended run times or smaller 1/16 scale Traxxas batteries for reduced weight. A hinged battery strap provides quick and secure battery mounting without pins to lose in the field. The innovative strap flips over to adjust for different height batteries. A secondary front-mounted battery tray accepts smaller 1/16 scale Traxxas batteries to position weight directly over the front axle for maximum climbing traction on technical climbs.

Rugged high-clearance bumpers provide impact resistance in off-road style. A replica winch and red D-rings add to the scale detail look. 

Exclusive to the TRX-4 models portal axles lift the differential pumpkin to provide incredible ground clearance. This radical design also improves axle geometry and reduces strain on the driveshafts. Steel gears ensure trouble-free performance, no matter how technical the climb.

The installed Traxx provide a staggering 76-degree approach angle in the front with an equally impressive 76-degree departure angle. An 81-degree break-over angle provides extreme capability when cresting steep hills. The longer rear Traxx drive units allow added stability on steep climbs to reduce rollovers. 

The TRX-4 with Deep Tread Traxx comes with an all-blacked-out window design for 2022 giving it an amazing fresh brand-new look.
