Can I combine my order?
At the moment it is not currently possible to combine or amend any orders, due to the number of orders we receive we operate a First in First Out system to ensure that your orders get to you as quick as possible.
I have an issue with my order what can I do?
If you have an issue with your order please contact us via support@rcmodelz.co.uk or Facebook messenger and we will be happy to help.
Why does my order not show up in my account?
Our website lets you check out as a guest. If your order is not showing in your account it is very likely that your order was placed as a guest. It is currently not possible for us to add any orders placed as guest to your account  
I would like to stock your products, do you do trade accounts?
We do not currently have plans to have trade accounts. We sell directly to the customer. If however you are from a hobby store and you are looking at stocking our products please email support@rcmodelz.co.uk and we can have a look at if it is possible for us to work together.    
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been dispatched it may be possible to cancel your order however you must contact us ASAP on support@rcmodelz.co.uk or Facebook messenger and we will try our best to stop your order from going out. If your order has already been picked, packed and dispatched it will not be possible to cancel your order. You must then follow the returns procedure to return any unwanted items.  
Can I change my order?

Why does my discount code not work?
Our discount codes do not work on Cars or Items already on special offer. These items are already being sold at the best price we can offer them so discount codes will not work on them. Please note: Discount codes apply the discount to each item, items that do not qualify for discount will not be discounted.
Why is the colour of my item different?
Whilst we try and portray every item's colour accurately due to the vast amount of different screens and setups there are out there what we see on our screen and what you see on yours may be different. As a result, it is impossible for us to show the exact colour shades of the items and colour shades may vary. If you are unhappy with an item you have received feel free to return the item following our returns procedure.

What times do you dispatch?
Generally, if an order is placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) it will be dispatched and leave our warehouse the same working day, in some rare circumstances this may not be possible, and the goods will be sent as soon as possible(usually the next working day).
How can I order in-person from your store?
Whilst our physical store is not open for browsing, we have picking and packing staff available to pick and process your order.   Our Address: 34-36 Whalley Banks, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB2 1NU, United Kingdom   Operating hours: Monday - Saturday: 10:00am till 5:00pm Sunday: Closed Please keep in mind this store is run so that our local customers can still come in to pick up parts and not have to pay postage. As we are an online business there are no technicians in-store to help with technical queries.   You are welcome to travel and pick up your parts if you prefer to pay in-store however we recommend placing your order as a Click & Collect and then emailing or contacting our Facebook page before travelling so that we can confirm we have your whole order in stock.   RCModelz is not liable for any consequential losses if an item is not in stock.
How do I track my order?
If your order has been sent via a tracked service you should be able to track your order shortly after it has been dispatched. We use a wide variety of shipping services and each service has its own tracking portal. Simply head to the shipping providers webpage and input your tracking number. Do you ship to my country?
We use long-standing reputable shippers and couriers with shipping routes all over the globe there's only a small amount of countries we can't send to so if you cannot see a shipping method for your country please get in touch and email us at: support@rcmodelz.co.uk and we will try our best to accommodate you and get you a shipping quote.      
How long does shipping take?
Delivery Times Next working day should arrive the next working day after posting(orders placed before 1:00pm will be posted the same day), excluding weekends. If it does not arrive, we can investigate it as soon as it is late. Saturday is just that, it should arrive on the next available Saturday after posting (orders placed before 1:00pm on the Friday will be posted the same day). If it does not arrive, we can investigate it as soon as it is late. Standard Delivery aim is normally 2-3 working days. These are days after posting and delivery to mainland UK destinations however, these are estimates they are not guaranteed and can in some cases take longer. Priority Delivery aim is 1-2 working days if ordered before 1:00pm to Mainland UK postcodes however, these are estimates, they are not guaranteed and can in some cases take longer. Your order will be fast-tracked through our warehouse if you select Priority Delivery. Free Economy Post can take up to 7 working days...
Do I need to pay import taxes?
RCModelz does not charge VAT to non-UK customers if you are based outside of the UK(such as in the European Union or the Rest of the World) you will be charged the applicable Tax, Duty, and other fees required by your country. Upon the shipment's entry to your country, you will be contacted by our delivery partners to collect payment to complete your delivery.  If you are having an item delivered to the UK and you're based outside the UK, You WILL be charged VAT, this is non-negotiable VAT cannot be removed.
Can I have my parcel shipped to a different address?
It is not possible to have an order shipped to an address that is different to the Billing Address.
Non-Mainland UK Information
If you are ordering to an address that isn't considered the Mainland UK then postal services differ: Next Working Day: If you select Next Working Day then we will send your order on the fastest service available to us. This is usually a Two Day Service if the Next Day Service is unavailable however some areas can take up to 4 days. How do I find parts for my RC Car?
If your car is a car we support then it's very easy to find parts for your RC Car simple locate the exploded diagram and find the stock part you require and input the Part Number into the search box. Our website will then return all the products that are located around the part you require or are an upgrade for the part.   All of our products have a compatibility guide at the bottom of each product. This shows if the part you're looking at is compatible with a Stock version of each car.   Unfortunately, we cannot test against every possible combination of aftermarket parts you must remember that there is a possibility that the part you order may not fit with other aftermarket parts as upgrades are made to directly replace a stock part.      
Do you store manuals/diagrams online?
   Yes, please head to the diagrams section on our website.  
How can I get a shipping quote without purchasing?
  Shipping Quotes are provided without the need to create an account or complete a purchase simply add your items to the basket and then proceed to checkout. Fill in your details and a quote will be given depending on the items you have in your basket.
I'm having issues making a payment via Card
If you are having trouble making a payment using the Opayo/SagePay Payment page please make sure you clear your cache and cookies or try using a different browser. Cookies from our previous website may be stored on your system which can cause issues if they are not removed.

Can I return an Item?
Yes, you can return items to us. Providing it meets the criteria set out in the Returns Procedure: rcmodelz.co.uk/returns/    
How do I return an Item?

Will I receive postage back?
We will gladly reimburse you return shipping cost of up to £3.99 if you have returned an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective or damaged however if this is not the case then we will not cover the return postage.    
What warranty do I have?
Due to the nature of the products we sell and the environment they operate in, breakages can occur. We give a 30-day in-store warranty on the electrics on the vehicle from the date of purchase, we would expect you to remove faulty parts and return them to us for warranty, and all warranty Parts will be inspected by Rcmodelz and are aimed to be dispatched the same day upon receiving faulty part, after the 30 days any parts will be sent to the manufacturers for inspection during the rest of the manufacturer's warranty. Engines and drivetrain are excluded from any warranty due to the nature of the hobby and the requierment that is required to tune and operate them.  
When claiming under a warranty the product or defective parts must be removed and returned to us for examination (via 2nd class signed for post).   You will be notified by email if your claim is valid in which case it will be repaired or replaced and sent back to you.   If the product or parts are not...
How long do I have to Return an Item?
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt
I need an item replacing urgently what can I do?
If you need an item urgently and you are returning an item to be replaced, we recommend purchasing the item you need with the postal service you require and once your return reaches us we can then refund you for the item providing the return is valid and requires a new item. Please note as per our returns procedure some items will be repaired and sent back to you, in this case, you would not be refunded.
My rc car is not working, How can I return it?
All items returned to us require them to be in a Resaleable condition, due to this if you have Put Fuel into or used the RC Car we cannot accept a return. However, if you are having issues starting the car then the best thing to do is read through the Starter Guide supplied with your car and carefully follow the instructions. If you can still not get your car started please email our technical support team directly and they will be more than happy to help you. If an item is believed to be defective or damaged in transit we will ask you to remove this item and return it to us following the returns procedure so we can inspect the item and proceed with any warranty claims.   Please read the full terms: rcmodelz.co.uk/terms

What payment methods can I use?
You can purchase items from our website using: Paypal (& Paypal Credit) Visa Visa Debit Mastercard Maestro American Express Simply Select the Opayo option for Card Transactions or use the PayPal Express Checkout for PayPal    
Can I pay online & collect in-store?
No, this is not an option. All store collections must be paid for in-store via Cash or using the Card Terminal.  
Do you have any gift cards?
At the moment we do not sell gift cards, however, this may be something we look into in the future.
Do I need an account to make a payment?
No, you don't need to create an account on our website to make a payment/purchase you can simply checkout as a guest user.  
Do you do finance?
We do not have finance directly however we do have finance payment options on our website such as PayPal Credit & Klarna this allows you to purchase items through credit agreements with PayPal/Klarna. RCModelz does not enter any credit agreements with you, please research any credit payment options to see if they fit your circumstances before purchasing as we have no control over any agreements you enter.     
How long does a refund take?
Refund times can vary depending on the payment method used. Some payment methods can take up to 7 days for the refund to complete.

RCModelz is a family run business established in 1996, we import remote control cars and parts. We have years of experience working with high-quality RC cars and gadgets.
What are your opening times?
Our Store is a click and collect collection point ONLY(No technical advice is available in-store.)
All orders must come through our website. We recommend getting your order in 1 hour before you arrive.
Opening times for the click and collect service.   10.00am till 4.00pm Monday to Friday 10.00am till 4.00pm Saturday Closed on Sunday.
