This is a Replacement Stock Shock Absorber Cap/Diaphram And shock piston Boot in Black, which can be used on the KM X2, 30°N DNT/DNB, Rovan LT & Losi 5IVE-T platforms.
The Shock Cap Diaphram goes inside of the caps and is used as a seal for the oil filled shocks,
And the Piston Boot goes at the bottom of the shocks, and protects the piston shaft from muck, and damage.
